Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SEEN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SEEN. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. One account per person -- creating multiple accounts is not permitted. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, text, and other content you upload to SEEN. By uploading content, you grant SEEN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and store your content as part of providing the service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SEEN to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence
• Upload illegal content or content that violates the rights of others
• Spam, send unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload content you do not have the rights to share
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Community Guidelines

SEEN is a community built around a shared love of live music. We expect all users to treat each other with respect. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these terms, please use the in-app report and block features. SEEN reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

Setlist.fm Data

Concert and setlist data displayed in SEEN is provided by setlist.fm and is subject to their terms of use. SEEN displays this data with attribution as required.

Service Availability

SEEN is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and your data will be permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEEN and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means. Your continued use of SEEN after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
